Have been looking forward to this for a while. Got to take it for a spin this weekend. Caution: I have an affinity for Rome.
Found here: Platoonforward.blogspot.com

Enjoy

To someone who may be reading this in the future here is the link to the article.

Dave,
It is worth the wait.
Dale,
Does my link not work?

Thanks

Joe

Joe, your link connects you to your blog but not the article. Currently you can see the article at the top because it's the most recent but once you've written some more articles the Saga article will be harder to find. Dale's link goes directly to the article.

Oh, I didn't know that. How did he do that?
Thanks

Deserters. I'll bet they are some good troops.

Coopman,
Interestingly in the game they are; probably better then they should be.

I picked it up this weekend at Hotlead, and I was a bit disappointed by the lack of proofreading in the book and battleboards. Nothing really major, but it's very evident that it was written in French first. and translated to english after they had a working version. For example, many tables have "+1 à +3" instead of "+1 to +3".

Indeed, multiple spelling and grammatical errors per page.

The authors of the entire Osprey blue book series are obviously writing their manuscripts in Mandarin.
