Has anyone in the US ordered from Wayland Games lately? They have some in stock items that are much cheaper than buying from aanyone here in the states, what sells here for $75 USD for example sells there for $45. USD I'm wondering how their service is, shipping, ect. I'm looking at 15mm so nothing too heavy. I'm trying to get back into some painting. Even if not in the US, how is their mail order service lately? |

I have done a large amount of business with Wayland since Brexit. I am completely satisfied with their customer service. If you order OOS items just be prepared to wait for them. |

I am in Canada and placed an order with them on Jan. 24th for items "Available to Order". They state that they normally mail out between 3 – 9 days. I waited until after the 9 days plus and sent an e-mail to them inquiring as to the status of my order as it still hadn't been mailed. They responded immediately letting me know that the manufacturer had not shipped the items to them yet. As of today, I am still waiting on the manufacturer. I also checked on the manufacturer's status yesterday for the items, and they list them as out of stock. I used PayPal, so I will give Wayland Games a bit more time. I have ordered from Wayland Games in the past and they have been good, but this order is starting to worry me a little bit. Hope that helps. |

Hitman: I get regular update emails about pending orders including an eventual email in which Wayland asks to be contacted to discuss whether the customer would like to continue waiting or cancel the item/s holding up the order. I have waited for months for some ietms but Wayland has always come through and the discount plus exchange rate difference have made the wait absolutely worth it. I have never ordered any item marked in stock that was not promptly allocated to my order, which is visible via their order-level account details screen. Considering the huge number of products Wayland stocks or is willing to stock on a by-order basis, I'm not surprised that there could be a mix up. I have never had a problem canceling any order that I was not willing to wait for. |

At the moment all the items are in stock, though in low numbers. |
