Perrys make a pretty nice looking set for Germans, but it is too early, being designed to go with their Afrika Korps sets:

BTD makes your British set, but not airborne. To my mind it's a pretty easy conversion to swap heads and add a putty Denison smock skirt -- YMMV: link

BTD also does German as well. two guys carrying the litter (same pose), one on the litter and the medic in overcoat following.
