Looking for a large / dire wolf to lead my pack. I am using GW fenrisian wolf pack so looking for one larger. Only one I can find that Imlike so far is the one by Red box games. Any other suggestions?

The GW wolves are on the large side, IIRC, so I don't think you are going to gave much luck. Though, having said that, I think there may be a larger wolf in the D&D or Pathfinder sets. There are some sites that show all the figures and it could be sourced on ebay.

Ramshackle games makes 2, one stalking and one leaping. They're pretty big, but I haven't seen the GW ones.

Old Glory Vampire Wars line has a pack. They're pretty big.

The Dark Sword "Game of Thrones" line Dire Wolves would probably do. The line is actually more like 32mm and they are dire wolves so I'm guessing that they would be quite large. This for example is "Ghost";

Privateer Press do a readily available range of wolves, cerberi (2 headed wolves) warp wolves (large werewolves), warpborn skinwalkers (smaller werewolves) forest beasts, etc in a heroic 32mm scale. They are for the Hordes faction/army known as Circle Orboros. Fabulous sculptings and most available in plastic kits. Check them out.

How about sticking to GW? I bet those new "Russ Wolves" are bigger than fenrisian ones, and still in the same style.

Does anyone know what happened to the Microart wolves?

How about the D&D plastic Dire Wolf, it's huge. Here I made Wolf Knights for Warhammer:
