That is the ugliest, and silliest weapon I've ever seen. Looks like a 5 year old made it out of a few cereal boxes, a bit of ABS tubing, a squirt gun for the handle, a few thread bobbins for the "sights", and a 2 pound dumbbell weight for the foregrip. Even the model seems embarrassed to be in the photo. |

Doesn't matter how silly it looks as long as it can kill you. ..non lethal you say? Ok, that's ridiculous then. |

Looks like it would fit right in to a WH40K game |

Well that's what lasers look like. The larger the lens the more powerful the focussing ability (I think). This thing is probably going to give people a very bad burn or blind them – non-lethal for crowd control or usable in insurgency warfare I expect. It's the future, despite what it looks like now. |

But what do they DO with it? they say "intercept"… rockets? Speedy drivers? Does temporarily blind people? Does it light their clothes on fire? And why is Africa the place they're showing it off? Doesn't seem to be much info imparted. "resistant to maritime conditions…" but what is it supposed to do out on the water? I just hope it makes zappy FREEM noises! |
