Interesting story. If a Soviet submarine was able to navigate up the Clyde to the mouth of the Holy Loch (on the West coast of Scotland, not the North Sea) Russian submariners must have been pretty capable – it's narrow, busy and not deep! I wonder if this happened a bit further out to sea than is reported.
