I have recently bought a lovely sassanid army from Legio Heroica I am painting up but decided I needed a few more cataphracts. Looking around I decided to buy from Lurkio a fairly new company i believe. The pictures on their website looked "all right" and I have heard good reviews. Well the figures arrived this morning and they are not "all right" they are excellent!! Very impressed with them all around. If my army expands to take on additional Roman foes I will be buying a few more figures form Lurkio. Andy |

How do Legio Heroica and Lurkio match up? I suspect LH are larger are they not? |

I like both manufacturers, Lurkio have been around for a few years |

Can you use them on the same base in your opinion? |

Just compared them side by side. The LH horses are slightly larger than the Lurcio horses BUT I think the LH Riders are noticeably larger than the Lurcio riders so no i would not mix on the same base |
