To clarify I am not a shop but private individual who has for many years purchased Historex kits and spares for different projects.
Am now 74 and have prostrate cancer so feel it is time to clear the decks somewhat.

Clear the decks but do not abandon ship, to extend the metaphor.

"Somewhat" is right, but there is an incredible variation in how aggressive that can be. Many of us have it and will never even know. I asked two urologists whether they would have their PSA checked routinely….and guess the answer from both.

Getting rid of stuff and clearing out is no harm anyway. I have so many of those Corgi die cast aircraft…….all now in cardboard boxes and wondering what to do with them. I do not want anything for them and e Bay does not appeal.

Your Historex range sounds far more appealing. Good luck

And when you want to offload some of your extensive Gendarmes d'elite collection Liam, bear me in mind grin

And as a PS – did you ever get around to painting that medic figure? I would love to see if you turned him into a vignette.

Thanks Marc

I've had purchased books from disposalman. Met him and can safely say that he is a nice chap, nice wife (at least I think she was hs wife :D ????) and the books were top notch and the best couple of hundred or so quids worth I have had to date.

Good luck to you and yours for the future 'T'!

Take care,

Paul :)

Yes it was my good lady.
Are you interested in any more books at all?

Disposalman, did you sell them all?

Very sorry to hear about your cancer. Hope you have great success with treatment!

At The moment I have got a bit of a backlog. For instance, I have been trying to get through glover's American Sharpe James Penman Gairdner's tome whilst also reading blackmore's, Destructive and Formidable (Excellent so far!) with about 20 titles yet to read in-between.

Tell you what though! Send me an update on what you have and I'll let you know.

Paul :)

Never give your email out like this. Scammers can detect it "automatically". This is best given as "dibble20 at Hotmail dot com" then it does not get detected. Same for Brechtel above

Believe me I am no IT wiz…..but I do know that one must be so careful these days.

Now there is chap in central Africa who wants to crowdfund 28mm Imp Guard Dragoons in full dress, parade rig and all he needs is 20 people to send him their bank details……..and he will set to work
