Some of these are not Mexican-American War figures so why are you posting to that board? |

Well… I consider that the Mexican can be used there… not all the Mexican who fought USA wore uniforms… there were many units of local militia and voluntarios… Even Pancho Villa can be considered in a Mexican-American War and those can be used too… And Mary was married with a Mexican Colonel who fought the Mexican American War… (smile) Amicalement Armand

And the Pinkerton agent is? |

Or is he a time traveler considering the Mexican-American War occurred before the Pinkerton agency was created. That explains that then. |

(smile) Good to know about your sense of humor Disco… (smile) Nobody mention the BlackSmith … who is the secret lover of Mary… AND the Colonel also!… (smile). Amicalement Armand

Armand, that was suppose to be kept a secret. The Colonel didn't want that to get out. |

Nice miniatures and a scandalous scenario to boot! :-) Best regards, Jabsen |

While I adore the 32mm Knuckleduster range, I think Forest needs to address the ways he promotes his figures – I suggested doing the black-wash on miniatures etc. The images above, for example look pretty awful. If the actual minis are anything like the ones I've received – they're incredibly crisp and clean casts. The ones in the pictures above look chalky or primed or something. |
