Is there a manufacturer of 5/8 inch (across the flats) hex bases made of a plastic material? I could cast these in resin, but will need a few hundred of these, and would like to save the time.

I'm aware of Litko's 15mm hexes, which are pretty close, but wood is not favorable.

Metal is not an option, as I will need to drill into these.

Are there any options beside Litko? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

irishserb

Not aware of any.

Litko is probably your best bet.

Back in the day Chessex did grey plastic hex bases – I don't recall the size and doubt they'd be on their website but an email to them may wield results

Give Warsenal a look, they do cleat acrylic bases.

They also ship First Class mail so save a little vs a flat rate.

They say contact them for custom sizes.
I buy their 3" clear hexes as move trays for The Great War.

They have very good customer service and updates on the orders. They are located in Florida.
