The past two days I have tried ordering from them using their online ordering system, however every time (and I've tried 5 times now) I fill out the Order Form, it rejects it saying I need to fill in the Address.

Problem is I DID fill in the address! Yet it keeps saying I need to have an address in that line.

I erase what I got and fill it in again, and yet again, it comes back saying I need to have an address in that line.

I live in the states and do not feel like paying for a call to Great Britain to make an order, that's the whole point of online order systems.

I didn't have website ordering issue but am having communication issues.

Ordered from them four weeks ago and have not heard anything in spite of multiple emails asking them to give me an order status. I'll probably end up canceling the order this week if I don't hear anything and sourcing the figures from another manufacturer.

Normally I'd be more patient but I'm under a time constraint to get these figures turned around.

Over the years I've had decent to great service from them but every once in awhile I get an order like this that falls into the black hole and nobody responds.

Mghfond, I had that exact problem when trying to order using my iPad. I used my PC and it worked, so I assumed it was a browser issue. Unfortunately I don't remember which browser worked best. I would have tried Firefox, I.E., or Chrome.

I am having communications problems with them. I need to cancel an order and no word back from them.

axabrax15 Jan 2017 2:01 p.m. PST

Second the communication issues. I emailed them regarding an order more than a week ago and never heard anything back. Generally speaking their email communication is not reliable in my experience. You are better off phoning them.

MST3lover,

I used my laptop, IE Explorer, I don't use anything else and always been able to order with any other company.

Viper911,

I did send you an email.

Wow, all these issues cropping up with these comments, I may just not bother trying to give Foundry my money if it is that iffy.

Thanks guys for replying, hope your issues turn out well.

Yeah, we ordered something from them the 23rd of November, hoping for a before Christmas delivery. Haven't received anything yet and haven't gotten an email back despite several tries.

Due to a problem with our email system we haven't been able to reply to the backlog of emails that we received during our Christmas holidays. Thankfully it's now fixed now but it's going to take us a week or so to get through everything. If you emailed us with a query about the bonus deals or discount offer we will still honour them when we get to your email.
Please feel free to ring us up on 01636 526 886 if you have any urgent enquiries.

Does Foundry do shipping confirmations? I haven't gotten one, but don't know whether to expect one or not.

I don't believe they do shipping confirmations.

Thanks for posting that Katwerks. I will give them the benefit of the doubt for a little bit.

Rich Bliss16 Jan 2017 6:25 a.m. PST

They do not do confirmations. When one of orders went missing last May, they were very responsive to enquirers and sent a replacement order with no fuss.

JonFreitag16 Jan 2017 7:56 a.m. PST

I received a shipping confirmation on my order from Casting Room Miniatures in NOV2016.

tayerigonz17 Jan 2017 3:04 p.m. PST

I placed an order on 12/17/16 and I have not receive the order. I have e-mail them three times without a reply.
Are they in holiday.
Thanks

My order was placed 12/18 and after multiple emails I've heard nothing either. Their email excuse doesn't really cut it if you consider they already had a few weeks to process the order before they mentioned this email issue. You'd think by now they'd have caught up to at least responding to emails.

Filed Paypal dispute today and canceled my order.

tayerigonz18 Jan 2017 5:22 p.m. PST

I have send three e-mails to customers@wargamesfoundry.com and placed messages on facebook without a reply.
Is this company out of business.
No customer service

Katwerks18 Jan 2017 5:57 p.m. PST

Same thing with me Doctor X.

mghFond18 Jan 2017 9:50 p.m. PST

Yes, all of this has definitely convinced me I will not be doing business with this company, there are other companies who will gladly take my money and provide professional service.

rivers316220 Jan 2017 3:25 p.m. PST

Has anyone had any email contact from Foundry recently? I've sent 2 or 3 emails about a missing/duplicate figure from a pack I bought. They asked me to send some photos of the duplicate which I've done but haven't heard anything more despite a couple of chaser emails and 2 subsequent orders.

tayerigonz20 Jan 2017 7:03 p.m. PST

I have sent 4 e-mail about my order from 12/17 without a reply. I am still interested on the figures.

mghFond20 Jan 2017 11:24 p.m. PST

Good luck you guys, it does seem like this is a very widespread problem.

tayerigonz22 Jan 2017 6:01 a.m. PST

I did receive a reply last night from Diane Ansell, through my Paypal account.
They are having IT problems.

Katwerks22 Jan 2017 7:22 a.m. PST

Here is the message I received:

Hi Apologies for the delay in replying. A combination of IT problems, staff illness & absence has put us behind with our emails. Can you let me have your order number please. If you have received the order please return it to us & we will be happy to give you a full refund including the cost of return postage.
Diane Ansell

Ah well that is reassuring. Hopefully they'll get back up to speed soon enough – I've only ever good service from them in the past.

plutarch 6425 Jan 2017 2:43 p.m. PST

I have had two orders that were placed the week before Christmas arrive here in Australia on Monday and Wednesday of this week.

A longer delivery time than usual, but all present and accounted for.

Katwerks25 Jan 2017 7:16 p.m. PST

They issued me a refund and cancelled the order.
