"THE MacHUGH MEMOIRS tell the adventures, secrets, and loves of Rory MacHugh in his own very private memoirs from his teens as a Blackfoot warrior, then over two decades as a soldier and secret agent battling his arch-enemy, Napoleon Bonaparte, and finally culminating as an "old-timer" at The Alamo…." Just when you think period fiction can't get any sillier. My guess it that his creation is a side effect of the author's obsession with playing the bagpipes. LOL (saying that, I would not be surprised if someone made a film based on his tales) |

LOL at "Rory's personal demon, the young general Napolean Bonaparte"….so that's going to be well edited then. It's amazing how many people who want to write about the Napoleonic era can't spell the man's name. One sees the same with self published Roman sword 'n' sandal efforts where the writer spells Caesar "Ceaser". |

To be fair, at the top of the page" his own very private memoirs from his teens as a Blackfoot warrior, then over two decades as a soldier and secret agent battling his arch-enemy, Napoleon Bonaparte "very private" ? Or – 'Not so' private. Perhaps, even, 'slightly' private…? |
