I put in a £60.00 GBP with the Assault Group for some modern figures in December, and I've heard nothing from them and not received any figures.

They aren't answering my phone calls or my emails, should I be worried? Is there a better way of getting in touch with them?

Dont worry, this is a usual problem due to the fact it is a one man operation. Best way to contact Pete is through facebook, there he usually answers within hours

Sounds like a great idea. I don't want to cancel the order or mess him around or anything, I just want to make contact.

Can you give me a link? I can't find him on FB…

If you search The Assault Group on f/b more than lightly under that heading.

A Sarissa order was shipped to me Nov 30 to the US. Packages typically take 2 weeks to get here, and this was "ahead" of the Christmas rush.

3 weeks, nothing. 5 weeks, nothing. Notified Sarissa. They were quite understanding and ready to re-send, but I said to wait another week. 6 weeks, nothing. Sarissa had the items all boxed up, ready to re-send, and the package arrived the next day.

So…give it a few more weeks.

Only if you used my address as receiver. He he, no TAG are straight up guys. Blame them PO minions, remember your problems have never been their problem or priority. The job is not a calling just a pay cheque and you get service accordingly. I've waited for some stuff for over 3 months in the past and got the stuff eventually but it still grinds and is ever so rarely the sender. I know that thing patience is a hard one to call upon Tf but try give it a bit more. Good luck

Got in contact, turns out he's already sent them!

All that for nothing, cheers everyone!
