Despite my preference for scientifically accurate dinosaurs, this has just moved to the top of my list: link And… link From Antediluvian Miniatures. link |

Meh, Facebook. Two days since posted, and they haven't mentioned it on their own site news page. Do admit it's hard not to get my James Franciscus on… ;->= Too bad I'm more a Richard Carlson type… Doug |

You need to post some more pics of that game! |

We used the prepainted variety fo rour Gwangi game… Oh, there are plenty o' T-Rex about, though those look like the expensive 'day school' variety. Articulated jaws? But for iconic movie version, the Antediluvian is impressive. You need to post some more pics of that game! Seconded! Doug |

Papo (the one in the pic from Tommy 20) are awesome and cost about the same or less than a 28mm dinosaur, however for a pulp game sometimes the classic old school versions are best. Personally I like both equally and it basically comes down to what mood I'm in at the time. I'm definitely going to have to pick the dinosaurs up at Antediluvian along with their prof. "cushion" figure. |

Love the inclusion of the Grenadier Traveller guy with the gauss rifle in the original post. Paint him! |

Paint him! While I can't' find that particular photo, (stupid Facebook), I'm pretty sure you need to tell Antediluvian. It's a pre-production image. ;->= For VSF games, Victorian science images of dinosaurs do add a lot. For one thing, you can forgive some of the rubber suit versions in Doug McClure movies… If you go to Antediluvian's site, do check out the Gallery for some of their inspiration. Doug Edit: "cost about the same or less than a 28mm dinosaur, " absolutely! But more than the crude toys one so often sees. |

Tommy20, my daughter loves that dinosaur! |

Here's a link to some others photos from that game (if it works): link The biggest advantage of the Papo/Schliech dino's is putting them on the table fresh from the store. For a one-off game, and with precious little painting time, they're a perfect fit! |

Wait. The carnosaur ignored the pterodactyl to go after the small morsels on the train?!?! Must have been that cat DNA; "I TOLD you to stand still!" Doug Edit: Have to disagree, Tommy. They don't look like 'the crude toys one so often sees' is right up there. ;->= |
