I placed an order with them almost 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing? Are they still in business or on Vacation? |

Odd I got my 2 orders I placed just prior to Christmas last week. They can take up to 4 weeks or so and since they had a sale they may need to do some casting…. |

They had a huge sale, and they aren't known for their speedy service to begin with. |

19th century makes figures as the order comes in. They don't keep much ready made stock as they have many lines of figures. Because of this policy they can get behind rather quickly. I waited four weeks once, didn't hear anything and called them. That was the reason I was given. |

4 weeks is about standard turnaround from them given they run lean inventory due to all their skus. |

What a world we live in. Once upon a time 6 month waits were common. |

3-4 weeks has been my experience. They have always answered my emails promptly so if you have any concerns you could try contacting them. |

"What a world we live in. Once upon a time 6 month waits were common." I don't know about you, but I'm glad we don't live in that world anymore! |

Me too Mister Tibbles. It would have turned me into a grumpy old fella. |
