Just curious what they charge for shipping? Don't see anything on their website, and the FAQ is blank. Didn't want to bother registering just to see what the shipping rate runs for an order. Yes, lazy I know, but I suspect I'm not the only one who might be interested in this info too. |

Thanks for that,I need to get some packs of the AWI casualties. They don't seem to carry the dead horse markers, though. The $6.95 USD shipping cost is going to be a lot cheaper than what I paid for my last pack from England. |

I buy direct and don't recall ever feeling the shipping cost was a problem. You can get a fairly large number of 10mm for not that much weight. |

I have bought both direct and from The Warstore (who special orders regularly, doesn't stock). I didn't feel it was cost prohibitive, and I'm pretty sensitive about such things. I just saw today that Donnington charges overseas orders 10 GBP shipping for every 25 GBP value…so much for that! |

@ Beast Rampant-Royal Mail charges are increasing all the time. I recently sold an item on EbayUK and had enquiries about overseas delivery. For a parcel weighing just under a kilo, postage was £12.50 GBPto mainland Europe and £17.50 GBP to USA. The manufacturers cannot afford to take that kind of hit on relatively small value sales (my auction went for £40.00 GBP). Even charging £10.00 GBP on £25.00 GBP sale , they are probably breaking even at best and my guess is it costs them money. |

Yep, shipping is expensive. For me to ship a package 8 ounces or under internationally is about $14. USD Anything over 8 ounces is $22.95 USD. David splinteredlightminis.com |

I placed an order with them back in December. The figures are simply fantastic. One thing I noticed when I compared cost of the figures + shipping vs the same from The Warstore, it came out to be roughly the same. Neal charges a bit more per pack which offsets the savings you'd get from not having to ship direct from England. J |

I have bought minis from around eight different UK companies in the past six months; I just got one in yesterday, and expect two more within the week. I'm well aware of the shipping policies of easily three times that more. Some I know go into the negative on shipping to make bigger sales. All I'm saying is, as I see it, that ranges far ahead of the pack. |
Leon Pendraken | 12 Jan 2017 9:06 a.m. PST |
All of the shipping info is on our Terms page here: pendraken.co.uk/Terms.aspx so it's 25% of your order value, with a minimum of £4.00 GBP. As you're outside the EU though, you can knock the 20% VAT off our website prices, taking a £4.95 GBP pack of infantry down to £4.13 GBP instead. We're currently working on a new website which will have all the shipping prices shown in your Basket as you're shopping. |

Thank you for the info, and reply, Leon. I appreciate it. Didn't see your terms page. |

Years ago, when shipping from the UK was cheaper, the pound was much higher. Now the reverse seems the case, so I wonder if it has all balanced out? It's been several years since I ordered from Pendraken, but service was always great. I'm thinking of returning to 10mm. |

Pendraken makes great figures, no matter where you get them from :-) |
