I was given a Leman Russ hull without turret as a gift, and bought a new turret made by Kromlech.

The ring on the hull is 1" diameter and the peg under the turret is 0,5".

I would not like to glue the turret in place, since I want to be able to rotate it.

Any suggestion about adapting it? Thank you in advance

Buy a 1" wood disk (or cut one with a hole saw). Drill a .5" hole in the middle.

Or maybe I misunderstood. See here for how to adapt: link

Thank you, the hole in the hull is larger than that in the photo, but I will try to glue a piece of sprue under the peg and see if it works!

Alternately glue a plastic base to the inside of the tank and then put a magnet on one side and a piece of metal on the other.
