BTD apparently had some problems a couple of years ago. Recently, however, I decided to order my SAGA warband from them. I took advantage of their Black Friday sale, and arranged to have me order sent to my in-law's home in California, as we planned to move there within a few weeks. We wound up moving five days later. The order arrived a few days after that, minus one pack that was backordered. It arrived about a week later. As I dug further into the SAGA rules, I saw a few extras I wanted. BTD conveniently had an after-Christmas 50% off sale (still going, BTW) and I ordered my extras last Thursday. They arrived today, order complete. Black Tree Design USA has given me excellent service twice during a very busy time of year. I will certainly be buying from them again. |

Agree---recent order for some WW2 Soviets was excellent. They were out of one code, but sent another to fill the gap. And just got an email that they are sending the missing pack. |
