OK, so after not painting as planned over the holiday weekend, I got myself going again on my SAGA Irish warband today. I had previously finished the Warlord stand, 7 Warhounds and their Handler, and two units of 8 models each as Warriors. I had gotten the Warrior bases as far as dirt and painting, but no real work on the Warlord or Warhound bases. Today, I got the dirt onto the Warlord and Warhound bases, greenery onto the 16 warrior bases, and I got colors blocked and shading wash onto 4 Hearthguard (which are substantially more complicated paint jobs than the Warriors.) Tomorrow, I hope to finish the bases of the Warlord and Warhounds, and finish up the Hearthguard. This will give me 4 points as a Starter warband, I will be ready for a game! |

Well at least I'll expect to see pics of the finished warband. That's some good progress on though. Sounds loke you'll be done by this weekend. |
