My new rules for WWII are called Skirmish Action and over 40 people played in the four demo games at Fall In. I will be running games, Save Private Ryan (Fri) and Pegasus Bridge (Sat) at Cold Wars and they are in the PEL. Website is skirmishaction.com and I invite comments and constructive criticism. The wealth of knowledge and experience on TMP is truly a treasure and it'd be foolish not to take advantage of it! Thanks for your input. Happy New Year! Lee |

I wish you luck with these, but your web site tells me almost nothing about the game and how it plays. People aren't going to part with their cash without you reloimg them more about the game. |

I got to try them, while still in the play-test stage and I was impressed. Now that they have been completed, the rules are quite entertaining and lot's of fun. I highly recommend them. Good luck Lee, and I am looking forward to playing soon. A "Saving Private Ryan" scenario is in order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lou |

A Youtube demo would be helpful. The website says nothing about the games basic mechanics. |

There are 2 AARs that provide an overview. Plus a QRS. |

There is some info on the site, but you have to dig pretty hard. Not the best website to encourage interest, if I may be constructively critical. |

Thanks for the good comments and suggestions. I appreciate the need for more info before buying and here is where I could use your help. I'll provide some basic info here BUT let me know what's most helpful for you to know and I'll add it to the website. Here goes. Squad/Platoon level using single figures (although data so FoW players can use Teams is provided). Most games have 25-35 troops with a couple of vehicles, tanks or guns. Card activation however depending on quality your HQ gets extra cards they can play for any Squad. Single D6 combat system. Plays fast – most gamers at Fall In learned system by 2nd turn. Remember the final battle in Saving Private Ryan? These rules play like the movie. Hope that helps! Lee |

I looked through your website. Is there somewhere to order the rules? Just a note, for those of us getting older the font is pretty small on a lot of the pages. I kept using the zoom feature in Chrome. |

Good idea about the font!! Rules and also 28mm scale minis and scenics can be ordered from On Military Matters. Let me know if you need URL. Lee |

As requested I have made the About Skirmish Actions page more informative. Dennis at On Military Matters asked me to also mention he is running a sale on 28mm minis to help new gamers get started. I must confess I have tons of 15mm and even 1/72 plastics BUT the 28mm figures are fantastic! And at my age I can even SEE them! Cheers! Lee |

im a pretty techy person and thought your website was difficult to navigate. your order button didnt redirect to a place to order the rules. |

Just tried the order button and it took me right to the On Military Matters order page for the rules and 28mm minis. Where did it take you? Not sure why it did not take you to OMM but whatever caused it may have impacted other navigation as well. Lee |

It's easy to start a YouTube account. Grab a smart phone and record one turn of the game explaining what is going on. I'm really interested but I won't buy without learning the basics of the game. Also your Facebook page should be made a closed group and you will get more people joining up. Closed groups allow you to post pictures etc and ask questions without all the world knowing we are geeks. A lot of game systems are on Facebook now. Works brilliantly. |

Excellent suggestions! I'll work on them. Thanks. Lee |
