I was contemplating the rules Banzai Age of the Country at War from 2D6 games, especially as it is on sale from Wargame Vault right now. Looks nice, but then I also have 15mm rather than 6mm. How are the rules? Does it matter if I use larger figures, or is it all the same? How important is base size? The author has some videos, but while it looks nice I must says he's putting me to sleep so I need different sources of information. |

Rules look fine and the sale makes them worthwhile. Figure size and base sizes, do not seem to matter, only that both sides use the same frontage eg. 60mm front x 30mm deep. I haven't played the rules, but I have samurai armies in 25mm, 15mm and 10mm, I can field 2 opposing armies in each scale. A tabletop war game tragic. |
