Feel free to add your own, but here's my current, Cold War and Ultramodern armor want list, in case the various 1/144th scale manufacturers are interested:

Marder 1, 1A1, or 1A2 – no one makes this model yet
SpzKurz with 20mm cannon – no one makes this model yet
Munga (West German jeep) – not made

BTR-80
BTR-82 – not current made
2S23 Nona – BTR-80 w/120mm Mortar turret – not currently made
2S3 – no one makes this model yet
Swimming BMP-1 and BRDM-2 to go with your swimming BTR-60s – not made
BM-21
Soviet/Russian jeep – not made

Ukrainian Conflict Ultramodern tank variants of the T-64 and T-72 – many not made.

M60A1 with searchlight
M60A3
M-151 Mutt (jeep) with driver, and machine gun (see listing below for various models of MGs); or recoilless rifle – not made

M38 jeep with driver, and machine guns (M60, M2 .50 cal., .30 cal. air cooled, .30 cal. water cooled options); recoilless rifle; SS-10, SS-11, ENTAC, or M201 ATGMs; TOW launcher; or Davy Crockett mini-nuke – many of these not made (WWII variant is available)

Would love to see some others as well.

Feel free to say you are interested in these too, and/or to add your want list items as well, below. Some, might actually, eventually be produced.

Can I add an M48A5 to your list?

Mako1129 Dec 2016 3:25 p.m. PST

Yes, and I'll add the:

M48A2GA2 – West German 90mm gun model – needs smoke dischargers on the turret – no one makes it

Minifigs has released the M48GA5 model, with the 105mm gun, for the West Germans recently.

vicmagpa129 Dec 2016 5:09 p.m. PST

BTR-80 made by ZVELDA. easy to put together. almost no glue required.

Mako1129 Dec 2016 9:15 p.m. PST

Thanks for the suggestion, but Zvezda makes one in 1/100th scale.

We're talking 1/144th scale here.

But I'm checking your 1/144 list to make sure we cover it in 1/100 :-)

Unimog – I am trying my hand at this. IF it works and it meets his standards, MAYBE Alex would put it on Shipyards.

Iltis Jeep

The M151 jeeps need roll cages. with exception of the TOW jeep. the roll cages got in the way of the gun. How about an M103 Heavy tank to boot!

Hmmm, revisiting this, and spotted an error of mine.

The M48A2C is the West German MBT with smoke dischargers, and a 90mm gun.

The M48A2GA2 is the later variant with the 105mm gun, and Minifigs now produces this one.

M60A1s are now available from Shapeways, and also from Minifigs. The latter also produce the earlier, M60 variant, which has a different turret. They also produce the M60A2 as well.

Strictly speaking, the BM-21 in 1/144 scale makes the Japanese firm Fairy Kikaku. But the quality of, say, they are not very good.

Mako,
Send Alex of shipyards a note. I see you wanted swimming BMP 1. This is a really easy thing if its a 3D print. If you add a picture or two it may be even simpler. .
