Same. But I got an email from them a few days ago saying they had already started to ship, and that it would take a long time to get everything out.

they are shipping all the kickstarter items now. according to their facebook page they are suspending pre-orders on their website while they renegotiate their shipping prices. webstore should be back up in a couple of days and I think any pre-orders will still ship in Feb.

I got my figures yesterday – I wasn't interested in the game itself but wanted the models. The models are very nice, great poses and good animation, my only complaint is they are 28mm, while my other pirates are Foundry/Old Glory/Dixon/Brigade Games/etc. so the B&P figures are about a head taller than those. Some of the detail is a little shallow but the poses and variety make up for that. Also they bases are round and have wood planking on them – so I am debating if I am going to rebase some of my older figures to match them, or rebase the B&P figures to match my older figures.
I also didn't order one of their ships which I regret now since they look really nice – but I already had 3 pirate ships so couldn't justify getting another one.

Yes, we've had some issues getting reasonable prices when shipping overseas. It looks like the typical carriers simply aren't going to cut it so we are setting up a distribution center in Europe. The website will be back up within the next hour or so but only for North American sales. We will add international orders once we get the European warehouse set up.

I'll keep an eye out for when the European distribution becomes available. The figures look great.

Says they're taking American orders now, but I clicked on one of the preorder buttons for a sloop, and it didn't work. Interested in details on shipping costs, and their figure/rules/vessel bundles.

Those vessels do look very nice indeed, as do the figures.

Hey Mako11, it should be working. After you click pre-order, check the shopping cart icon toward the top of the page.

I had our web guru add a shopping cart contents field to the top left of the screen to make it more clear when you have added items. Thanks for the feedback! :)

Frantic how we do confirm what we ordered? I made two payments one was for 2 complete sets with ships and two extra starter boxes. I then made another to cover shipping.

T Beyer – and others: You say the B&P figures are a full head taller than your Foundry / Old Glory / Dixons. Seems to me that this makes them not even 28 but 30mm+, sort of what some suppliers call "heroic scale". Am I right? If so, I can't justify mixing them with my own true-28 (which in these days of perpetual size creep seem now to be "small" 28).
