The first castings of the new Forge of Ice "Doom Serpent Idol" have been made – I'm pretty happy with how they're turning out. Sculpt by Dave Cauley. Can't wait to see them in person!

Very nice! It strikes me that the art style is not so totally linked to any one era that it couldn't be used in others: an idol for evil Vikings, or Greeks, for pulp games, or perhaps even Egyptians. Grelber |

I'm glad you think so, Grelber! That's why I crossposted it to Pulp – I think it'd look great in the ruins of a lost city, or even in Cthulhu games as a Serpentman idol. |

These are great! I could see these in a sci-fi version of Indiana Jones. Rediscovering lost / ancient civilizations. |

That's a great piece for Sword and Sorcery, Pulp, lost continents, Mars or Venus, etc., etc. |

How/Where will these be available? I'd be very interested in a pair for my Pulp-1848 games. |
