I pick them up from my local library from time to time. I remember sitting on the living room floor watching the opening credits when I was a kid. there are a lot of scenario ideas in there. |

I remember when I discovered that you could get them on Netflix. Relive the childhood! Then I found out that the writing was rather mundane. I don't remember that as a kid. |

This was one of the few shows on WW2 my Dad would watch. He served in the Big Red 1 from 1942 to 1945. |

I used to watch them as a child. I have recently got given the first series and am watching them slowly – up to about episode 17. They are OK but I can see that they might start getting a bit samey later on. |

First season is pretty scattered with different directors pulling in different directions. Second and beyond gets more solid. |

They are all there, watched them in order a few years ago. Worst part is when they go to color that you can tell the 2nd WW was fought in Southern California. But well worth seeing them. |
