Just got my copy of Black Flags and Bayonets in the mail, but I'm not sure I understand how dynamite works. It says you roll to see if it explodes or is a 'dud'. If it explodes roll on the firing table the prescribed number of dice to determine personnel hits, if there are that number of models in the blast zone pull cards to determine effects. But on the table it just says N/A for all target classes. Is this a typo? Should I just pull cards up to the number indicated? Or do I have to roll that number of dice to determine whether to pull cards? In that case, what number is required for a card to be pulled?

@bcwargamer, that's a good question. I pulled my set of rules and re-read them only to find out that you are correct sir, there is no individual roll to hit. The way I see it, along with the statement that than an 8, 9, or 10 on a D10 is a dud plus the number of hit dice is 4 would lead me to believe that up to (4) men within the 2" radius are casualties, pull the cards for effect. In addition, as it is written, any man made structures within that radius, walls, palisades, huts, are destroyed. I think you could easily make your own roll to hit for each fig in the radius in addition to the original dud roll. I personally would just roll for duds and pull casualty cards for any figs within the 2" damage radius.
Cheers,
JB
