My better half spent all day on the emergency operating theatre team at the hospital where Herky & I also work. (Although we were both lucky enough to get the day off!) It was, reportedly, a rough old shift. Still – she's home now, replete with roast dinner and prosecco. My glass is raised to short-straw drawers everywhere! |

I got to spend a chunk of my Christmas working Hospice and being candid with a family who wanted me to make sure their dad would live till midnight so he didnt die on Christmas day. If I had that power,wouldnt that make me a Sith? |
