I thought that Rogue One was a really good film, and that the climactic space battle was one of the better ones in the series. This got me wondering -- which Star Wars space battle is your favorite? Ron |

The one in 'Rogue One' is the best. As far as epic space battles go, you can't beat the Hammerhead ramming a Star Destroyer into another and causing it to crash through the shield barrier. |

the original Death Star scene from the original Star Wars. I like the original more than the redone one from the latest versions as well – some of the "farther faster" shots are not as engaging as the originals. |

I liked the one in the movie where Anakin and Obi-Wan took on Count Dookoo. I thought that was a pretty good space battle. However I do agree with Dynaman8789 that the original is tough to beat. |

The Battle of Endor is my favorite. I love the mass fleet action even though it was nothing compared to the prequels. |

I like them all, but always remember 'Attack of the Clones' where Obi Wan Kenobe is chasing Jango Fett's Slave 1 and it keeps dropping Seismic charges. Very intense.

Battle of Endor for the fighters flying around the big ships, but the original X-wings going in with them sounding off their call-signs is hard to beat for atmosphere. |

I really liked the battle in Rogue One. Very exciting and I am a big fan of the smaller ships and the Mon Cal. |

I like the battles in the Clone Wars. The Rebel fleet cannot really ever deal with the Imperial one except in a surprise attack. Clone Wars are more balanced. |

I loved Rogue One's battle -- not too large, well-choreographed, not just a bunch of meaningless explosions, and we get some cameos from New Hope pilots! |

The ending of Rogue One certainly built to a climax and the fleet battle above Scarif was certainly a big part in that. Agree with above comments about how well that fight was planned and choreographed. Loved the appearance of the Hammerhead rebel ship and the way that they used it to take out the Star Destroyers and break the shield. And then the moment when Vader's shipped jumped in….. :) |

The Rogue one scene is certainly right up there with the destruction of the Deathstar, and some of the larger battles with fighters/capital ships too. |

I really liked the space battle in Rogue One. And it was cool seeing the much-maligned Y-Wings knock out a star destroyer! (Sort of like having TBD Devastators sink the Akagi!) |
