So I saw a copy of Warhammer Age of Sigmar: General's Handbook at the local store. What does it have? Army lists? Tempted to get into Age of Sigmar |

You don't need it to play at first. Go to the GW website and you can download the 4 page ruleset and in the store area you can download the warscrolls (unit profiles) for each set of figures they sell. All the downloads are free. The handbook has scenarios, 3 ways to play, point values (except some have changed and some new releases might not have them). But it isn't needed to try the game. Grab some figs, figure out what they correspond to in the GW universe and download the rules and warscrolls. There is also an app, but I'm not familiar with it; that has all the warscrolls and rules. |

I agree with Jericho. Before you plunk down money on the GH go to the GW website and download and play the rules with the Warscrolls. I would actually recommend the scenario books over the General's Handbook although they cost significantly more, they are well worth it. |

I'm on the other side of the fence. Get the General's Handbook. It's a great value for the money and you won't go wrong in purchasing it. |
