I had a go at the Battle of Hagelberg this morning, using the Polemos General de Division rules. Battle report here link plus some musings at the end about the calibration of modifiers.

Nice! I like the 60x30 basing effect. My table is 4x3 so I am jealous of the extra foot =) |

What method did you use for Tempo bidding? |
Whirlwind | 22 Dec 2016 10:26 a.m. PST |
@Dale, I randomize the tempo bid, using a die appropriate to the number of tempo points the general has (e.g. 5 points, bid with a D4; 13 points, bid with a D12 etc.). More details here: link |

Hello John! Another great piece of work for us to enjoy. Yes please replace those ugly shaken makers with some Baccus casualty figures nicely displayed on 30x30 bases. Best regards, Glenn |

Thanks Glenn. In the short term, I will go back to using individually based skirmish figures as shaken markers and then get around to doing casualty markers sometime in the new year. All the best |

Very nice looking game. I do love the 60mmx 30mm basing, enough to get a massed effect. |

Yes indeed 60mm x 30mm works for me big time. My entire 6mm collection of some 40,000 figures is all based that way. |
