There are no historic wargame shops or historic miniatures anywhere. There may be historical wargaming shops, and historical wargaming miniatures, however. Even there, the historical side of the hobby is now a small segement of the wargaming hobby. see: link |

As for Les Francais, they seem to produce marvellous larger scale miniatures, but not the wargames scale ranges. The Germans produce everything in 1/72 and wonderfully so, but, if only……….. |

A must visit is Forgotten & Glorious Miniatures aka F&G in the Village Suisse – not a million miles from the Invalides, closed on Wednesdays and a miniscule space but charming guys, very helpful, great painters and their own ranges of figures – including some great ACW (although I am not a specialist) and aBHs – nice one!!!! |
