Are these full battles or just sections to fit with the scale of TSATF? |

Tim has been having some computer problems and asked me to post this reply: "The scenarios represent the entire battle. We used 25mm figures in 8 man units to represent a battalion. The 8 man unit concept was pioneered by Mark Fastoso in his Italians vs Ethiopians book years ago and has been used in five other TS&TF books. In most cases the British have 6-8 battalions, which translates then into 6-8 units. In two of the battles: Om Warragut and Handub, the units on the board represent smaller units of Egyptian infantry. Victory Conditions are based on what each side was trying to accomplish: capture villages, capture hill tops, kill enemy units, free prisoners, etc. The book has been published and is being mailed out to vendors. So they should be available shortly." |
