Have read some of his so will definitely give this a listen – thanks! But whenever I see his books it always makes me think "Hairy Sidebum – jeez, he must have had a hell of a time at school". Don't suppose that comes up…..

I had substantial issues with his treatment of the Sasanians, but he can write a page turner.
