Litko could possibly make or already do clear slotta bases. Just ask them if you don't see them on their website.

Though, I think you're a bit mad as you'd see the metal through the acrylic?

Fergal, I think if I paint the metal slot in maybe dark and medium-light gray, people's eyes might simply not notice it.

Let me see how many bases I need and I'll get back to you. Contact me if you don't hear from me by the first week in January. Year-end tends to be a little hectic with non-gaming stuff.
