When I am converting figures, one of the most difficult things I find is producing long coat tails e.g. converting a post-1812 Frenchman to pre-1812. Green Stuff is useful but I am never that taken with the results. Does anyone know a source of separate coat tails in 28mm similar to the ones on the Perry plastic British Napoleonic infantry command sprue?

Foil? I have used old wine bottle foils for flags. Easily cut and shaped.

Good idea, I had not thought of that. Thanks Mick.
