While I have seen WWII Germans in winter gear from just about every manufacturer our there, I cannot say the same for WWII US.

Artizan Designs covers a wide range of poses, weapons, etc. What other manufacturers do folks recommend?

Warlord has recently produced some.

A lot of troops in the Battle of the Bulge didn't get winter gear, so suffered terribly due to that.

I read a book on the ETO and was amazed that ships full of winter gear sat off port for Months wait for a space to open up to unload.

Understandably Ammo had the Priority, but once it was late October, they should of gotten the gear to the front line units

Mine are Artizan, they are excellent figures.

Artizan are all you need.

And the Warlords are pretty good to mix in some variety.

Artizan all the way. Not a fan of the Warlords ones. they seem to have variable design quality, their SS Charlemagne are top notch designs but the US winter are in my opinion nowhere near as good..
Incidentally if you are doing US Airborne, add some of Artizans standard uniform airborne figs in with the Winter ones and you have a great looking force..
