Leon, a painting tutorial would be greatly appreciated. Paints and techniques please! |

wrgmr1, Old fashioned modeller here, still Humbrols, artist acrylics, art pens ( in this case for the 'rain' detail) and oils here. Always found 'wargamers' acrylics make life so much more complicated, just dont have the skills to get good results with em, so stick to the simpler easy way of doing things. All outlined on the website, 6mm or 20mm same technique. L |

Thanks Leon, I never would have thought of using a pen for the rain! I used Humbrols many years ago but have moved on to artist acrylics such as Liquitex and Vallejo, along with craft paint.I'd be buying some of your 21st Pz range for sure. Cheers, Thomas |

Would love to order some Lehr but it seems a very convulted ordering system compared to some shopping carts that are around |

Lovely (?) looking figure. Has to be produced! |

Blacky750 Well not really complicated. hit the email button, you write can I have GL 2 1n3 3 x3 each, 1x GLS 1, 2 x GLS 2 …….etc, I cast and pack them, calculate the P&P email you the total you hit Paypal button. Simple as that. Trajanus, Probably not I'm afraid. Problem with 'niche' ranges. The Lehr style figures are suffering from being thought of being only suitable for one Div in Normandy despite that fact that the uniform is worn widely from 42 onwards in Pz Gren units, the infantry elements of the recon btns, gun and flak crews and by 44 was probably worn by the majority of mechanised infantry. Same thing is going to happen to the Heer smocked range I suspect, they will be thought of as only suitable for 21st Panzer in Normandy again despite being in use for 1942/43 by whole masses of units. Going to have to think about the 20mm ranges L |

I have a platoon of Lehr awaiting my attentions… Really like the hooded smock figure. Could do with those for winter troops. |

I'm eager to see Leon's sculpts, but my antivirus warns me that a fate worse than the plague will befall my PC if I visit his site. Is anyone else getting this? Otherwise Henk van Holland has a few Adler castings on his page, but not the most recent. Interested in 21.PD figures and possibly some of the Lehr as well. |

laretenue, Sounds like your running Norton there. Its not a problem just the software being paranoid. There are no 21st panzer figures on the site and there won't be, figures in Heer 42 smock are a possibility but see above. There are copies of the pics on TMP on various threads. L |

Thanks, Leon. I can be patient and order in the way you suggest when the time comes. |
