I am looking for a group that games historically in and around the Cincinnati area. If you know of a club or are looking to form one shoot me a pm here.

We cannot PM you here as you are not a supporting member.

There are quite a few groups there that do historical. Be sure to put Advance the Colors (September) and CincyCon on your calendar (March).

HMGS chapter has a newsletter with a listing of clubs in the back….

OTH Check out Gametime hobby shop or the ever venerable Boardwalk game store. Our group does Bolt Action, Fire and Fury, Battlefront and homegrown (or homegroan) Nappy, RCW. Battles for Empire II for colonials – mostly. At Gametime ask for Sargeant Tom's contact. I'm not him. H

We have a group gaming Wings of Glory the second Saturday of each month at Epic Loot in Centerville. About 50 minutes north of Cincy. I live in Hyde Park. I do not have gaming space myself, but enjoy Civil War (15mm Fire and Fury) and a lot of other historical periods.

Alex, where in Cincinnati are you located. There are several groups around.

What do you play? My usual gaming suspects – with Darryl above – plays a lot of WWI air, some ACW naval and a few other periods and the occasional board game.

Ferd makes a great call out that Gametime Miniatures is becoming a hub of historical gaming in Cincnnnati area.

CincyCon is approaching. DayCon is in February in nearby Dayton and Advance the Colors is in September.

I forgot my supporting account lapsed, I will have to fix that next week. I've been to game time a few times and played bolt action, but I am looking for other battles as well. I have large collection of 25mm ACW and plenty of space in the game room. I am open to all areas of gaming and genres.

As for where I live I'm located in Northern KY, but I work in Cincinnati. I plan to drive up to CincyCon to check it out though.

I went to CincyCon last year and had a GREAT time. I live in Georgia. I'm going again this year too! Good fun, great people and excellent gaming. They even have a Saga tournament!!! Got to love that.
