She's cute. And I like bubble gum pop. Sue me. (I am old enough that I bought this LP when it was a new release.) I just recently discovered that the "group" is basically Ron Dante who was also the biggest part of the Archies. |

Lot of great contenders: Sgt. Pepper was the first to come to mind, with Blind Faith popping in as a Dawg-Houseable second thought. The lenticular version of the Stones' 'Satanic Majesties Request' is just derivative, and the die-cut Gentle Giant 'Octopus' is too niche… hmmm But after due consideration: Klaatu " Hope "

The "ORIGINAL" Pink Floyd "Meddle" cover. Later versions had rain drops falling into water or outside pics of ear canals, but the very first version had PIG NOSES! Y'know why? Because Meddle was PF's first "mainstream," album and the cover design company, Hpignosis wished to celebrate what would be long and fruitful career w/PF by having a cover of "pig noses". |
