Hi
Just wanted to check whether anyone else is having problems contacting Footsore Miniatures by email? I've sent several emails over the past couple of weeks to try and sort out a problem with an order but I'm not getting any response. As I've always had a pretty quick response to enquiries in the past I'm wondering whether something may be wrong?
Thanks in anticipation of any help.

Footsore is by Bill Thornton, ex-Musketeer Miniatures, right ?
Before the ex I have dealt with him, I will never do that again. Did take his time to respond to mails, (or not at all), and when he discovered (?) that my Paypal-payment was "slipped through the cracks" (?), he thought a simple sorry would suffice. He will not get my business ever again.

From a post on Facebook 23rd Nov: "We have changed our contact email address as we heard some of you have had trouble getting in touch. To speak to us directly please use orders@footsoreminiatures.co.uk and we will endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours"

Hopefully this will help a bit.

Thanks all, especially Shelldrake. I'll try that and let you know if it's successful.

Hi all I 've placed three website and mail orders this year with Footsore, the last one in October and all went through well: the mail is replied by Mr. Andrew Chesney, a very nice lad who's been handling Footsore orders for a couple of years and my understanding is that he's helping Bill or other company managers to handle the orders; he takes some time (a few days usually) to reply but he always does and very polite and helpful he is. He usually replies through his personal mails so I guess no privacy infringement if I give them to you:
- andrew.chesney@warlordgames.com
- andrewatwarlords@gmail.com

I am very happy the way he's handling this and I've been been very satisfied with my orders with Footsore so far. My understanding is he's helping the company to relocate the GNW range moulds to the US where production of this range currently not available for orders on the website, will be resumed hopefully with some additions.
Hope the above will help.
regards to all

Just to let everyone know, I had a reply from the new address within a few hours so the old address does appear to be the problem. Thanks again for the help guys.
