This is a really basic question, so sorry if this is the wrong place to ask.

I bought a couple of things from TFL (Too Fat Lardies, not Transport for London) last night – their CoC Campaign guide and one of the 'Pint Sized Campaigns' – but 24 hours later I've received nothing.

I had an email from PayPal confirming payment and expected to get an automated email from TFL with either the PDF or a link to download it, but I've still not received anything. After an hour I did contact TFL but as yet I've had no reply.

I just wondered if any of you could say what the 'usual' experience is – I know the guys have a good reputation for really engaging, so this seemed a bit unusual.

Cheers,

Nick

Usually when you pay it takes you to a page to download right then. I bought a couple things this week and that is what I experienced.

Usually after you pay, the website (assuming you are still on it), should tell you that you are able to download whatever pdf you purchased and you can do it then and there. You will also get an email from TFL saying you paid. Go back to the site and it should be in your account ready to download.

Hmm..

Cheers lads – I wasn't logged in and just paid, which might explain that then.

I'll try again now I've created an account and cancel the previous transaction.

Send an email to the Lardies. Once they are aware of stuff they're right on it.

I've re-ordered and will cancel the original transaction as I've not had a response as yet, but I think they're busy recreating an episode of Top Gear with added lard in Belguim.

And I'm so glad I did – got the downloads and now I'm riveted. I do like the TFL approach to rules and scenarios.

vtsaogames got it right. Bring it up with Richard (head lardy) and he will make it right. Lardies are very dependable and I've had nothing but excellent service from them.

If you do need to contact Rich just be aware that he is currently having to deal with some very demanding family issues which are taking him away from his office so his normal superb service is being disrupted a bit.
