Cate Capshaw in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom is so irritating that she brings the whole movie down a notch or two. I am not as sure about Tony Curtis as the Brooklyn Viking in the Vikings since the movie is not as good |

Not a movie, but Starbuck in the most recent Battlestar Galactica series. Just didn't buy it. |

Dyan Cannon in "Revenge of the Pink Panther". She can NOT act. (beat me to the punch with Temple of Doom, ugh) Not actually a decent movie but the thief character from the second Conan movie was so bad it actually made the film worse. To be fair it is hard to say if it was the actor or the direction. |

Glen Campbell in the 1969 version of True Grit. He was definitely playing out of his league. |

+1 Not sure they were actually decent movies, but he was so unbelievably terrible that it made the love story even more ridiculous. |

De Crapio in Gangs of New York. Hayden Christianson in those prequels Is that really all that's wrong with those movies? Lucas' dialogue could prompt the revocation of anyone's Oscar. |

Nicholas Cage in almost anything he has been in, except Raising Arizona. Ghost Rider anyone? Keaneu Reeves in anything but the first Matrix movie and Bill and Ted. Constantine was absolutely awful and could have been decent. And while it wasn't necessarily a good movie anyway, Katherine Hepburn's performance in The Lion In Winter has to be one of the worst performances of anyone in any film, including stuff from MST3K, that I have ever seen. I've tried so many times to watch that film. Henry II is my favourite English king. I just can't do it. She is just too terrible. I like DiCaprio in Gangs of New York. |

Russ Tamblyn in The Haunting (1963). My favorite horror movie, but he is very out of place. The producers must have wanted to draw in the teenage crowd. |

Ricky Nelson at Rio Bravo(1959). |
Winston Smith | 27 Nov 2016 5:56 a.m. PST |
Yeah. Ricky Nelson. The way The Duke treated him like he was some notorious gunslinger was amazing. |

MHoxie--Same with The Longest Day: THREE Teen Idols. Admittedly bit parts, but at least they didn't embarrass themselves,IIRC. And two of them could even sing! |

Bo Derek in "10". Seriously. It's a hilarious comedy with Dudley Moore at the top of his form, as is Blake Edwards' direction. Then bring in Bo and, as breathtakingly gorgeous as she is, the action grinds to a complete stop. |

All westerns where the actor's wear the hat back on the head so the Elvis hair cut can be seen. Westerns where the clothing is all straight out of a country western store. Regards Russ Dunaway |

Jim Carey in A Series of Unfortunate Events. Everything else in the movie was spot on. Jim Cary was … well … Jim Carey. His stock, over the top, wacky, goofy character. Worked great in the Mask. Entirely inappropriate for SoUE. I read a review of the movie that said Jim Carey's performance was the only ray of goodness in a movie that was otherwise so bleak and gloomy that it shouldn't have been made. Obviously the review would not have liked the books. |

Conan the Barbarian is a great movie, but the woman who played Conan's 'love interest' was a terrible actress. She also played a role in the movie Red Sonja; her performance was dreadful. I don't think she was in another movie after that. |

Keaneu Reeves in A Midsummer's Night Dream with Kenneth Brannaugh. Great movie except Reeves. Don't know what they were thinking casting him in Shakespeare. |

I'm sure someone will come to Martin Sheen in Gettysburg sooner or later, So I'll add him now, even tho I don't necessarily agree. But I'll add any role that Peter Stormare plays, he is a black mark on us Scandivanians! 90% of his roles seem to be Russians with bad Russian accents! |

Patrick Swayze in the original Red Dawn. Liam Neeson in the remake of The A-Team. Kevin Costner in Robin Hood. The supercomputer in Logan's Run. Seriously, a simple paradoxical question makes it explode?? |

The supercomputer in Logan's Run. Seriously, a simple paradoxical question makes it explode?? Spoiler?!?!?!?! :) |

"The supercomputer in Logan's Run. Seriously, a simple paradoxical question makes it explode??" Obviously thats what happens when you make the logic circuits out of Explodium. "Nicholas Cage in almost anything he has been in," I would counter that his role in the Croods was the one he was born for. |

Laurence Olivier as the Mahdi in Khartoum. He was also pretty much over the top in the Jazz Singer remake. Kevin Costner in Robin Hood. Only if you consider Robin Hood, Prince of Thieves to be a decent movie. I mean, Picts? In the 11th Century? |

Only if you consider Robin Hood, Prince of Thieves to be a decent movie. I mean, Picts? In the 11th Century? RH,PoT is two movies. The good one that has all the Alan Rickman scenes and the rubbish one that is the rest. Conan the Barbarian is a great movie, but the woman who played Conan's 'love interest' was a terrible actress. She also played a role in the movie Red Sonja; her performance was dreadful. I don't think she was in another movie after that. Her name was Sandahl Bergman, she actually picked up a Golden Globe Award for best new actress for the role. In Red Sonja she was Queen Gedren. Her career petered out in a series of low budged horror films after that. Because of her size at 5'10" she had to do her own stunts. Lucy Lawless and Uma Thurman at the same height had Zoë Bell to do their stunt work. |

Only if you consider Robin Hood, Prince of Thieves to be a decent movie. I mean, Picts? In the 11th Century? Why not? Mel Gibson had kilt wearing picts in the late 13th century. |
