Earlier today, while making a purchase of a small number of paper buildings from Wargame Vault, I goofed and purchased two that I had already bought. Yeah, I know, real dumb. But the nice folks at Wargame Vault helped correct my goof-up and refunded my money. I can only say "Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!" to them. Jim |

I can't say I've ever had to make use of Customer Service at Wargame Vault but their site is a breeze to work with. the ability to go back and download purchased items years later is a big plus as well. |

My library list at WGV is embarrassingly long…probably the best thing to happen to my gaming in years. I had a similar experience with customer service with the same awesome outcome. Can I get a HUZZAH? |
