It's been there forever, but new issues started being off-limits to those without DoD accounts during the Iraq occupation. (Old issues were still available.) I only looked at 2010, but those seem to be available. Anyone know if all of the other are available?

I just downloaded the latest 2016 issue, no problem at all.
