As the author pointed out, I ended the game early. That did not sit well with me so I picked up where I left off and completed the game. Ironically, the biggest change is now I understand how anti-tank fire is supposed to work. Figures that only two tanks fired in this session and both missed. Lots of infantry action this time, with the game ending in an assault. Lots of questions arising too. link Final scene:
The rules are well worth the $5 USD I spent for it. (You can actually pay what you want.) So, if you are like me and you have some Flames of War miniatures collecting dust on the shelf and you have been wondering what rules you can try without re-basing, give these a try. You might like them. And in case you missed it … Part One: link Part Two: link Enjoy! Dale |
