Dear Friends, Napoleon Books announces our Postage Relief Offer to coincide with the holidays. For American customers, we offer Free Shipping on all orders. For overseas customers, who have suffered from a staggering increase in postage rates, we offer a substantial Postage Discount of 50 percent off the actual cost of postage: pay only $15 USD (€14 or £12.00 GBP) postage for one book, instead of the usual $30 USD; and $30 USD (€28 or £24.00 GBP) for an order of two or more books, instead of the usual $60. USD Canadian customers will pay $10 USD instead of $20 USD for one book, and $20 USD instead of $40 USD for an order of two books or more.
