Well I was going to post some pics, but Photbucket appears to be bauked at the moment. Anyway I've a compatability question, I'm looking to acquire anti-tank rifles and other odds and ends to cover the early war. So I was wondering if anyone can recommend how well or otherwise other manufactuers of 10/12mm minis might sit with them, apart from minifigs (I have a large number of their Germans and Americans)? |

Are you thinking about vehicles and armour? If so, Minifigs are fine and I also use the various Japanese plastics, such as Takara, Dragon, Trumpeter, Pegasus, Panzer Depot etc. Usual proviso- use one manufacturer for a particular tank/vehicle. Pendraken armour definitely too small. For figures, I think Pendraken are actually a better match than Minifigs. The few WW2 British figures I have from Arrowhead (mainly artillery crews) are quite beefy individuals, whereas Minifigs tend to be slimmer. The British 25 pounder crew from Arrowhead are, IMHO, some of the nicest 10 mm sculpts I have in my collection; sleeves rolled up, tunics off, these guys look as if they mean business. |

Yeah, the Minifigs and the Arrowhead infantry are very different. Thanks, Pendraken have pretty much all the additional stuff I'm after – so their compatability sounds good. I'm basically being lazy and trying to avoid painting up a second completely different early war set of infantry if I can get away with it, just acquiring anti-tank rifles etc. |

They go very well with the plastic, 1/144th scale vehicles, as mentioned above. |
