Topic states it all. I like Tomorrow's War but feel it does not handle much more than platoon level and I have so much armor in 15 mm I would like to see it get more table time. I would also like something that would work well as a convention game. |

For tons of tanks, I'd suggest Gruntz. My preference personally, other than the games I sell, is Stargrunt but that won't stretch too much beyond platoon level. |

Tomorrow's War because it is small scale, squads and fireteams. IO like that level for modern and future gaming. Plus the reactions and troop quality and morale I feel capture the fluid combat aspect well. For convention games, TW might not be the way to go, unless each player runs a fireteam to keep the flow going. |

BattleTech Alpha Strike might work for you. Don't need the big stompy robots if you don't want to add them. Ogre might work for you. Don't need to add the big stompy Ogres if you don't want to add them. |

I wrote a very light hearted set called steel Crush for OGRE style games but it worked equally well with two armies made up of lots of tanks. PM me or mark@scalecreep.com I'll see if I can dig it up. |

Not found a set I like yet. I tried Grunts, Horizon wars Add to dictionary Tomorrow's War. Thought they would be spot on but none of them did worked for me. I am going to try some 28mm sets with the ranges in cm's rather than inches and see if I have any luck. |

PMC 2640 scales very well and you can include quite alot of armor if thatīs an aspect you like. I havnīt tried large scale battles but from my experience with the fast play I think it handles large battles pretty well. There is a limited selection of different vehicles in PMC 2640 but adding uppgrades you can make them distinct, that is the subtypes you see in other games. The rules are simple and easy to learn so conventions should be no problem. |

I do not see USE ME by 15mm UK. I love this set of rules. Fast play, and you can build your own troop types. My second choice is Gruntz. The difference for me is I LOVE large battles, and USE ME is the right fit for that. Gruntz would be my replacement for 40K/Warzone skirmish games. Noel |
