Good luck to everyone taking part in the 800-point singles competition at Warfare tomorrow and Sunday. The theme is 1660-1698, any army from any book. Thus far, there are 20 players, commanding
- League of Augsburg Anglo-Dutch (4)
- Qin Chinese (3)
- Later Russian (2)
- Hungarian Kuruc Rebels (2)
- Later Swedes
- Later Louis XIV
- Savoyard
- Imperial Austrian Habsburg
- Vietnamese
- Mongols
- Tuareg
- West Sudanese.

Nice selection – and if one player had gone with his initial choice of Mapuche, every Continent would have been represented.

I hope that's "Qing", not "Qin", or they're playing in the wrong competition.

That's how it's written in the list of contestants.

I must confess, for me the 1690s are 'Lace Wars' rather than Renaissance.. but good luck, and it should look spectacular.

Oh and continentally you missed Australasia and Antarctica, and North America..

mghFond19 Nov 2016 12:14 a.m. PST

Yeah, I bet those armies from Antarctica would be really cool to game
