Good luck to everyone taking part in the 800-point singles competition at Warfare tomorrow and Sunday. The theme is 1660-1698, any army from any book. Thus far, there are 20 players, commanding - League of Augsburg Anglo-Dutch (4) - Qin Chinese (3) - Later Russian (2) - Hungarian Kuruc Rebels (2) - Later Swedes - Later Louis XIV - Savoyard - Imperial Austrian Habsburg - Vietnamese - Mongols - Tuareg - West Sudanese. Nice selection – and if one player had gone with his initial choice of Mapuche, every Continent would have been represented. |

I hope that's "Qing", not "Qin", or they're playing in the wrong competition. |

That's how it's written in the list of contestants. |

I must confess, for me the 1690s are 'Lace Wars' rather than Renaissance.. but good luck, and it should look spectacular. |

Yeah, I bet those armies from Antarctica would be really cool to game |
