I'll leave Ged to tell you more about these seven due out shortly. His modelling and casting skills are greater than his IT abilities I gather….so I convert PNG to JPEG, crop, enhance etc and post them for him! He did say fear not, the bayonets will be reduced……..;

Like the officer and the creeping fusilier. Good stuff. |

More greatcoats for those who won't paint proper French infantry. |

They look very nice. Would be good to see one next to a similar Perry/Calpe figure to get an idea about size. Are they for sale in the UK? |

Is it the angle or are the tops bigger than the bottoms? They look a tad top heavy. Nice clear detail though |

Especially the second picture. He just looks all head and body |

Thanks Deadhead…………….four of these figures will be available from the 18/11/2016 at the Warfare show in Reading. as to proportions im afraid its my I-pad photography..they are perfect once held in the hand, as to sizing they will match with Calpe ..and fit in with the "modern" perrys figures.. the kneeling firing figure is a better photo and gives a better ratio of true head to body. there are some painted versions done in a vignette, to be posted by my mate Liam when he has a chance, off to Warfare now! cheers Ged gringo40s.com gringo40s.blogspot.com Gringo40s facebook and twitter |

Well here are some pictures that are far better and do more justice to these figures. The running skirmisher is my favourite. Greatcoats? Well one must admit that is likely to be how they did actually appear on the battlefield, but they are rarely modelled, as such, in any animated pose, as they are here. There are a few more, not yet shown in colour, in the early cut away coat exposing the waistcoat

Thanks Deadhead. Yes, they look really good in those pics. I also like that running guy best. Looking forward to them becoming available. Now…when are the 1815 British coming?!! |

Excellent. Going to use one kneeling and firing with the skirmishers, and order multiple of the marchers to create a unit or two. Thank you! |

Maybe I'll use the drummer boy and dog with the leader. |

Have seen these beautiful figures in one of the latest wargames magazines. They look great and are yet another example of the thought and originality gringos put into their figure release and I just love the running figure. Great figures Ged davejl |
